Andes uPVC Sliding – Windows System Overview

• The Andes Window System has a frame, a mullion, and two different glazing bead profiles. Mullion Profile can also be used as an outside opening sash Profile.
• The system has two different glazing bead Profiles that can be used in 5 and 20-mm-glass thicknesses. In cases where 24 cm glass is demanded, the main profile can be applied without using the seal.
• Profile of Andes Window System has a Profile width of 38 mm.
• Locking in the Andes and Andes Slide Window System is accomplished through the use of the handle, providing a reliable method for closing the window. Additionally, for exterior access, a latch on the sash handle is available, offering increased convenience. Moreover, a locking element on the frame serves to further secure the sash, ensuring that the handle latch is tightened for added safety.
• uPVC Sliding – Windows: By Andes and Andes System has a frame profile width of 60 mm which can operate in harmony with the Andes Window System.
• The Andes and Andes Slide Window System Frame Profile offer various solutions for different applications. Sliding Lining Frame Profile, Sliding Fix Frame Profile, Sliding Three Track Frame Profile, and Sliding Frame Profile with Fly Swatter are some of the options available. These profiles can address diverse needs in various scenarios, making them versatile choices for window systems.
• In the Andes Sliding System, fixed windows can be created with the Fix Frame Profile. Specifically designed for this purpose, the Sliding Fix Horizontal Mullion Profile serves as a mullion within the fix frame. This enables the installation of fixed glass in either the lower or upper sections.
• In order to make fixed joineries above or below the sliding frame, a “Frame Connection Profile ” has been developed that connects the frames of Andes Sliding and Andes 38 mm.
• Special lining Profiles designed for Andes frame and Andes uPVC Sliding – Windows frame Profiles are available in the system.
• Additionally, post box profiles and connection profiles have been incorporated into the system, expanding its versatility to provide solutions for various architectural applications.
